Non uniformity
|
Loads that have
not been blended uniformly are subject to rejection. Any loads that are spiked, plugged or layered
will be subject to rejection.

Averaging
|
FM will be averaged
per settlement, with the exception of loads that are Musty, Heating, Buggy,
Sour, Cofo, DLQ, will not be averaged with other loads. If warehouse
receipted, sample grade factors such as DKT, FM, TW will not average with
other loads, and will be receipted separately. Regular and Heat Damage is not
averaged and is discounted load by load.
Test Wt. on loads over 50 Lbs / Bu will
be averaged on settlements. Test Wt less than 50 #s will not be averaged.

Each load must show
a disposition of one of the following: Priced Later, Contract, Spot Sale,
Open Storage, Condo Storage, Store(warehouse receipt), Hold (allows 10 days
from the delivery of the first load to decide disposition )
